When you create an account or purchase an eSIM plan, we may collect:

  • Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider)
  • Device information (model, operating system, eSIM compatibility)
  • Travel dates and destination preferences

Visa Applications

If you submit a visa application, we collect your passport photo page, personal photo, passport number and expiry date, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, contact information, travel details, and any further information you send for review. Our team uses this information to manually process your application and make your issued visa PDF available in the app. Documents are stored privately with our hosting and storage providers and are accessible to authorised staff handling your application.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

  • Data usage statistics for your active eSIM plan
  • App interaction data and feature usage
  • Device identifiers and IP address
  • Crash reports and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our eSIM services

  • STC (Saudi Telecom Company) — our network partner, to activate and manage your eSIM
  • Payment processors — to securely handle transactions
  • Analytics providers — to improve our Service (data is anonymised)

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, and regular security audits to protect your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

For visa applications, uploaded passports, photos, additional attachments and the issued visa PDF are retained through the visa expiry date (UTC). Access ends after that date, and automated deletion runs every 15 minutes. Rejected application documents are deleted immediately when rejection is recorded. If storage deletion temporarily fails, access remains blocked and deletion is retried automatically. Application details and decision history remain part of your account records under the retention terms above; this document-deletion policy does not delete your account or the application history.

Under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request deletion of your data
