Our Commitment

At Haramsim, we want every pilgrim to have a seamless connectivity experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.

Full Refund — Before Activation

If you have purchased an eSIM plan but have not yet installed or activated the QR code, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.

Partial Refund — Technical Issues

If you experience any of the following, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund:

  • Your device is confirmed eSIM-compatible but the profile fails to install
  • The eSIM activates but provides no data connectivity in Saudi Arabia
  • Persistent network issues that our support team cannot resolve

Refund amounts for technical issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the data consumed and remaining plan duration.

No Refund

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • The eSIM has been activated and used as intended
  • The plan has expired
  • Your device is not eSIM-compatible (please check before purchasing)
  • Change of travel plans after activation
  • Dissatisfaction with network speeds (speeds vary by location and congestion)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and the email used at purchase
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Plan Exchanges

If your plan doesn't suit your needs, we may be able to exchange it for a different plan before activation. Contact our support team to discuss options.
