1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Haramsim application, website, or eSIM services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Haramsim provides digital eSIM connectivity plans for travellers visiting Saudi Arabia, for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and other travellers visiting Saudi Arabia. Our service includes:

• Digital eSIM profiles delivered via QR code
• Data plans powered by the STC network
• AI-powered plan recommendations
• In-app data usage monitoring

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• eSIM plans are activated upon QR code installation on your device
• Plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Unused data does not roll over after the plan expires

6. eSIM Activation

Upon purchase, you will receive a QR code to install your eSIM profile. You are responsible for following the activation instructions provided. Each eSIM profile can only be installed on one device and cannot be transferred.

7. Fair Usage Policy

Our eSIM plans are intended for personal use by travellers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit abnormal usage patterns, including but not limited to commercial reselling, tethering abuse, or illegal activities.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, coverage and speeds depend on the STC network. We do not guarantee specific speeds, coverage, or uninterrupted connectivity. Network performance may vary based on location, congestion, and other factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by Haramsim or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haramsim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
